This cute nautical brooch is from PLO. The brooch features a polished, gold-tone anchor enameled in royal blue. The anchor is accented across the top with red and white enamel. A polished, gold-tone rope winds around behind the anchor for a realistic touch. The brooch is signed PLO on the back. It measures approximately 1¾” H  x  1 3/8” at the widest point. The brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
