The Tibetan vow of The Four Immeasurables encourages us to focus our attention on helping others, emphasizing the importance of Love (Maitri), Compassion (Karuna), Joy (Mudita) and Equanimity (Upeksa). Each bead measures 1/2" length, and the bracelet measures 8" in length.
